Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson on Sex Scenes in Their New Film: "We Attacked Each Other Like Tigers" (VIDEO)

It seems Jennifer Lawrence had no problem filming sex scenes with Robert Pattinson.

The Oscar-winning actress revealed that she felt very comfortable during the intimate scenes for their new movie "Die, My Love", a psychological drama that premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. She admitted that a particular exercise the director assigned before filming played a big part.

We Were Naked on the First Day of Filming

– She made us take dance classes before we started filming, which was so humiliating and awkward – said Jennifer Lawrence at the festival. Although she wasn't thrilled about doing it at first, she admitted the classes built "instant trust" and ultimately "helped a lot."

– Then, on the first day of shooting, we were naked, attacking each other like tigers – Lawrence joked.

As for Robert, he confirmed her words, adding that transitioning into filming their sex scenes right after the pre-production dance classes was a smart move.

– You think it can’t get more awkward, and then they say: "Now do it naked" – said Pattinson to Brut and added:

– Actually, it was a good idea, because if we didn’t like each other, things would only have gotten more uncomfortable as the production went on.

That wasn’t the only reason Jennifer and Robert’s steamy scenes went smoothly, according to index.hr. The pair emphasized that having an intimacy coordinator on set gave them a sense of safety.

– Sometimes it’s not just about feeling safe. I think directors are often afraid to say, "Your body looks strange from this angle." And if you have someone whose specific job is to say, "Just move a little to this side," you’ll like it more and find it easier to do – the actor concluded.
