Recipe for Fish Pâté
Ingredients:

2 cans of tuna

2 teaspoons of mustard

125 g margarine (room temperature)

lemon juice

toasted sesame seeds, to taste

salt and pepper, to taste

parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
Drain the tuna well, and beat the margarine until fluffy.
Mix the tuna and margarine together, then add mustard, lemon juice, toasted sesame seeds, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until nicely chilled.
